Extend the Red and Green Lines!

With the widening of Route 3 from Burlington to the New Hampshire state line, we can look forward to lots of additional traffic congestion between Burlington and Boston. Wouldn't it be nice to have a big park and ride at the end of Route 3, and a Green Line connection to the commuter rail in West Medford?
