PAUL'S OPINION: MA 28 should end at US 6 in Wareham. The section from the Bourne Bridge to Falmouth Center should be US 3, which should extend south to the ferry at Woods Hole. A new route number should be used for the east-west portion of this route along the south shore of Cape Cod; perhaps MA 26 or MA 29 would be a good choice.
